Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials - including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role supports the company's digital marketing and communications initiatives by helping to create, distribute, and manage engaging content across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and digitally savvy, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams to deliver content that enhances visibility, drives engagement, and strengthens the MAPEI brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across MAPEI's social media, email, and website platforms.
- Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager and internal departments to align content with marketing objectives and brand standards.
- Assist in executing digital campaigns that increase audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain MAPEI's website and intranet content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
- Support digital asset management by organizing and tagging multimedia content (images, videos, documents).
- Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners as needed for digital marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.High school diploma or equivalent required.1-3 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or content coordination.Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.Experience using analytics tools to measure and report on digital performance.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran (M / F / D / V)
