Treatment Coordinator (Brentwood)

POSITION : Treatment Coordinator JOB CLASSIFICATION : Non-exempt

REPORTS TO : Manager, Business Department

POSITION SUMMARY : Coordinates the patients treatment estimates.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

• Responsible for calculating patients treatment estimates.
• Enters the treatment plan into OMSN software.
• Verifies patients calendar-year maximum benefit a week prior to surgery.
• Verifies that we have x-ray and referral for patients.
• Communicates with referring doctor regarding patients treatment.
• Communicates with patients regarding estimate and answers questions.
• Communicating with insurance companies as needed regarding patients benefits.

SECONDARY DUTIES :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the stress and demands of an active position.Must be able to endure many long hours of sitting.Manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, and adequate vision and hearing needed in daily work.
