Role Overview
As Lead Director, Digital Connected Care with a specific focus on Mental Health, you will act as the strategic product owner championing holistic health solutions. You will guide multiple product teams to develop, launch, and evolve digital products that improve mental wellness, reduce cost of care, and impact life expectancy across diverse populations. You will lead the mental health pillar, leveraging deep awareness of current trends, market-leading digital tools, and the broader impact of mental health on overall well-being and health economics. Your work will enable the migration to a new platform, drive widespread user and partner adoption, and steer stakeholder engagement with empathy and expertise.

Required Qualifications
10+ years' experience in Product / Program Management in digital health, with a strong record of delivering consumer-facing solutions.
7+ years of experience leading complex teams and programs, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve health challenges.
7+ years of leadership experience with building, coaching, and enabling high-performance, mission-driven teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in digital mental health tools, apps, and online therapy platforms; awareness of regulatory and privacy standards.
Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or patient engagementeither at a health plan, provider, or digital health company.
Strong negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skillsable to drive cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
Proven track record in translating digital engagement data into actionable health and business outcomes.
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
