Overview

CTG is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Analyst. The resource will be the operational go-between for HR and IT for one of our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as primary troubleshooter for PeopleSoft HCM issues and errors, coordinating with IT analysts as needed
• Communicate with employees, operational leaders, and coworkers in HR regarding issues and status of resolution
• Answer associate and manager questions related to benefits and HR
• Test new HCM build, ensuring that changes meet the needs of the HR department
• Collaborate with the HR team to inform on application changes, answer "how to" questions, and troubleshoot concerns
• Develop training materials as needed
• Create reports using the PeopleSoft query builder

Requirements :

Pacific time hours.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
