Summary

Create Jobs / MCO, receive incoming product, contact customers, process Manufacturers requests, and assist team with misc. task. Hours are 8 : 30am- 5 : 30pm, Monday through Friday

Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Enters warranty service claims into computer systems.

Use Reporting and Historical Data for Research.

Prioritize Work

Request and Create Inventory Movement

Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.

Performs related duties as requested.

Education and / or experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Required Skills / Abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability and desire to learn new skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated hourly rate between $16 and $19. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
