Job Details

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Developing and implementing detailed project schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is being carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise, implementing contingency plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
• Providing regular updates on project status to senior management, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
