Senior Leasing Representative / VP
Remote | West Coast | Full-Time | Reports to CEO / Head of Asset Management

We are looking for a senior leasing professional who combines deal-making precision with strategic vision. Someone ready to own leasing execution, drive rent growth, and optimize tenant mix across multiple centers.
In this role, you will work directly with ownership and asset management to execute strategies that deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of landlord-side leasing experience with enclosed malls, a strong network of tenant relationships, and a proven record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-quality deals that elevate entire centers.

What You'll Do Leasing Strategy and Execution
- Source and secure tenants through direct outreach, broker relationships, and market intelligence.
- Negotiate LOIs, renewals, and expansions aligned with business plan objectives.
- Lead creative merchandising plans that reposition centers and lift performance.
- Partner with asset and property management teams to align leasing with redevelopment goals.
Market and Tenant Relationships
Maintain and grow relationships with national, regional, and local retailers.Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and tenant movement.Represent the company at ICSC and other retail industry events.Reporting and Collaboration
Present leasing activity updates and forecasts to leadership.Contribute to portfolio-level rent strategies and occupancy targets.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.Success Profile (First 3-6 Months)
Take ownership of leasing across assigned assets.Build strong trust with ownership and asset management teams.Present a clear leasing strategy with forecasted deals and renewals.Demonstrate measurable progress toward occupancy and rent goals.Key Competencies

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.7+ years of landlord-side leasing experience , ideally with enclosed malls at a REIT or private operator.Proven ability to close new deals and renewals that drive long-term value.Established tenant and broker relationships across the retail ecosystem.Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills.Compensation and Benefits
