• Working with the urology system chair and regional director on all matters related to clinical operations
• Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
• Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
• Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
• Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department

Our physicians have vast experience in minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases including those affecting the prostate, bladder, kidneys, female and male genitalia, and urinary tract.
