Opportunity : CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details : - Work weekday night shifts Monday through Thursday from 8 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM - Must be ARRT (R) registered radiologic technologist - Must be ARRT (CT) registered - BLS certification required - 2 years of CT experience preferred - High school diploma or GED required - Must be graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science - Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility - Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations - Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services - Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head / brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen / pelvis, extremities, and biopsy / drainage procedures - Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical / sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross sectional anatomy required - Work under the direction of a Radiologist and follow departmental protocols - Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer Facility : This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility providing advanced diagnostic imaging services and patient care.
