JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Enterprise to join the Digital & Technology Finance team based in Los Angeles, California. The primary responsibility for the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is to help manage all financial planning and analysis activities for the Enterprise Division, including but not limited to forecasting and budgeting, cost tracking, performance analysis, and month-end close support. The Enterprise Division supports our Enterprise Platform teams whose main activities include support of our enterprise-wide collaboration tools, desktop licensing, HCM and Financials systems, development and support of Business Applications, and Corporate Network connectivity (secure network, telecommunications).
We are looking for a motivated and career-oriented Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis with a proactive approach and strong analytical, Excel, and database management skills. This is a highly visible and challenging position, rich in data analytics, providing key Budget / Forecast and actual analysis to understand the Enterprise Division's financial performance. The analysis produced is key to the management team's decision-making and interpretation of financial results.
This critical position will be responsible for the preparation of key monthly financial reporting, ad hoc analysis during major planning cycles, tracking of KPIs, and creating dashboards / tools to review operational performance and initiatives. Additionally, this position will be involved in continuously looking for further reporting enhancements and automation in the end-to-end process. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and other financial teams and be passionate about using your financial knowledge and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.
Manager FP&A - Enterprise reports to the Senior Director FP&A - Enterprise & Broadcast Platforms.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is : $95,000.00-125,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
