Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced staff painter to join our Reconstruction Division. As a staff painter, you will be responsible for all aspects of priming, sealing, and painting residential and commercial properties, applying finishes to a variety of surfaces. You'll work closely with our reconstruction team to ensure that properties are restored to their pre-loss conditions with high-quality painting work.

Basic Overview

Candidates for the staff painter position must have their own vehicle and be equipped with their own painting tools. We offer a commission-based pay structure that rewards efficiency and productivity. Experienced painters who work quickly and efficiently will have the opportunity to earn higher wages. Some experience in basic carpentry, trim, and drywall work would be beneficial but is not required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a painter in residential and commercial settings. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, finishes and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must have your own vehicle and tools.
