Responsibilities
Support maintenance for multiple rental communities throughout our Dallas, TX portfolio.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- Customer-focused attitude and supportive team player
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
- Reliable transportation to communities throughout the portfolio
