Role Description

This is a full-time, 3rd shift (6a-6P) position for a Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), located in Battle Creek, MI. Primarily, the family is looking for Fri, Sat and Sun nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care
• Deliver direct patient care per nursing standards and protocols
• Monitor and report patient conditions
• Operate medical equipment (ventilators, feeding pumps, etc.)
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance
• Maintain confidentiality and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, or evaluate treatment
• Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms and report changes to the healthcare team
• Utilize standard precautions to promote safety and prevent the spread of infections / illnesses.
