Grounds Maintenance & Remodeling Laborer Pay Rate and Hours :

• Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour
• Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM with OT

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to assist with grounds maintenance and light remodeling projects. This position involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work — from maintaining property grounds to helping with renovation tasks in the bathroom and office areas.

Grounds Maintenance & Remolding Laborer Responsibilities :

Perform groundskeeping duties including weed eating, debris removal, and general outdoor cleanup.

Assist with light remodeling projects such as :

Removing and installing tile flooring.

Demoing and repairing Sheetrock.

Basic cleanup and preparation in the shop and renovation areas.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Work independently or as part of a small team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Grounds Maintenance & Remolding Laborer Qualifications :

Previous experience with grounds maintenance or basic construction / remodeling preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
