Key Responsibilities

Support the Chief Commercial Officer in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing organizational effectiveness

Manage the cadence of planning, reporting, and performance tracking for the Commercial team

Orchestrate strategic initiatives across international growth, partnerships, and new ventures

Required Qualifications

13+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management in technology, financial services, or consulting

Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and deliver results under tight deadlines

Deep fluency in leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, and workflow automation

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse teams and senior leadership
