Job Summary
As a Packaging Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient packaging solutions and supporting daily operations at our third-party packaging facility. You’ll collaborate across teams to resolve parts-related issues and contribute to safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine optimal packaging and container solutions for service parts.
- Support packaging operations projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and email communication.
- Coordinate resolution of parts issues involving distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers (e.g., identification errors, mixed or defective stock, unshipped orders).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities.Comfort working with datasets and drawing insights.Experience leading cross-functional issue resolution.Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP).Understanding of work standard development.Administrative experience in a logistics or operations setting.Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable being on feet for approximately 70% of the workday.Able to work in a high-traffic warehouse environment.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
