Financial Systems Support Specialist

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Financial Systems Support Specialist, working remotely or hybrid from one of our many offices nationwide. The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Financial Systems and must have three or more years of experience in the finance technical support field.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Proficiency in SQL, XML, PowerShell, and other data integration technologies. Strong experience with API development and management and SFTP protocols. Any experience with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate is a plus.
• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience supporting users in a field relevant to financial data management.
• Demonstrate appropriate working knowledge of accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures which conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience with law firm financial systems preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and interact with employees with varied backgrounds, skill sets, and levels of responsibility.
• Highly organized, adept at prioritizing and working under deadlines at a fast pace and responding quickly to changing priorities.

Primary Responsibilities :

The yearly salary range is between $85,000-$100,000.
