Job Description
Reporting into the Director of Global Operations, you will be responsible for the following :
- Achieve production targets by managing manufacturing processes, schedules, labor, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Lead and develop teams across production, equipment, and maintenance, setting clear goals and fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with PSM, OSHA, ISO 9001, and environmental standards through risk assessments and safe work practices.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM to optimize processes, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
- Manage budgets and capital projects by controlling costs, identifying savings, and recommending investments to improve reliability and capacity.
- Maintain equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs and timely issue resolution.
- Improve product quality by enforcing quality controls, investigating non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Align site operations by standardizing processes, KPIs, and reporting to ensure coordinated goals across all departments.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Manager should have :
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering disciplineDesire to be a hands-on leader, working directly on the production floor alongside the team.10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing operations.5+ years of experience managing teams.Knowledge of chemical processes and process control systems.Strong knowledge of production processes in the engineering and manufacturing field.Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.What's on Offer
