Roofing - Service Foremen

• Starting pay $30+ per hour depending on experience

Job Information :

Commercial flat roofing - Knowledge of All Systems - Single Ply, BUR, Coatings, etc.

Responsible for leading a crew to perform work safely and productively

Will manage labor, materials, equipment, and administrative work

Ability to lift over 50 lbs. routinely

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries

Valid Drivers License required - clean driving record required to drive company vehicle

Prior experience in Commercial Roofing service work preferred

Ability to work well in a team environment

Willingness to learn

Good communication skills with co-workers and customers

This position requires an acceptable / insurable Motor Vehicle Record
