Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!

Valora Orono is nestled in the pristine Orono community, just minutes from the charm of downtown Wayzata, Lake Minnetonka, and Long Lake. Our community is conveniently located on Kelley Parkway in Orono. We are just a short drive from downtown Wayzata and Long Lake, easily accessible from US-12 / I-394. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 72- unit apartment-style community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available : 8 : 00am-4 : 30 pm, Every other weekend

Wage : $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include :

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
