Strategic Initiatives Manager

Job Summary :
The Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across service, estimations, sales, and AFT teams. This role ensures successful execution from project initiation through delivery, while driving continuous improvement, strategic alignment, and customer satisfaction. The Strategic Initiatives Manager also mentors junior managers and contributes to operational excellence and process optimization.
Projects will be tracked and reported regularly by goal, milestones, and progress. Some projects will be assigned by leadership, while others will be identified, vetted, and executed independently.
