We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations, ensuring that every dollar is deployed effectively to maximize mission impact. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Provide vision and direction for the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, market opportunities, and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and execute strategic and financial plans that advance the mission, vision, and organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, representing the agency in key internal and external forums and leading the Finance Committee in delivering strategic financial guidance.
• Drive the development of forecasting models, performance metrics, and reporting that equip leadership with actionable insights into the organization’s financial health.
• Evaluate current and future business operations to strengthen financial performance, optimize cash flow, and ensure fiscal resilience.

Physical Demands

The work will involve normal physical activity associated with an office setting, including long periods of time working at a computer.

Work Environment

Work to be performed in a standard office environment. Some offsite event support may be required; some public speaking for small groups may be required. This position is not eligible for full remote work. This position may be eligible for hybrid schedule according to the company’s policy.
