Inside Sales Representative

At Fresh Tax, we're on the lookout for driven individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives. No prior experience is necessary – if you possess the passion and determination to excel, we're eager to hear from you. Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify leads to address clients' tax resolution needs.
  • Harness hot leads and negotiation skills effectively.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via outbound calls, emails, and texts using our advanced CRM system.
  • Employ effective sales techniques and a consultative approach to close deals.
  • Guide new clients through our seamless onboarding and contract process.
  • Ensure efficient management of our CRM system to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • A drive for success and a mindset geared toward achieving financial goals.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, with the ability to adapt to customized platforms.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, in our vibrant office environment.
