Senior Digital Account Executive

Skills and Responsibilities :
- Execute and own the day-to-day management of social media campaigns on behalf of clients, supporting content creation and engagement recommendations
- Write compelling, quality social copy that engages
- Manage online communities
- Ideate and create quality, error-free work on multiple social and digital channels
- Proven ability to lead projects from planning to completion with precision, time management while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Measure success on each platform sharing actionable insights with your account teams and clients
- Lead client calls, presenting updates and contributing to proactive and positive communications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to be engaging and simplify complex concepts
- Work with the PR teams to uncover opportunities to provide additional services to clients, expanding digital engagement
- Support new business and current client research efforts through social listening tools
- Utilize our digital tech stack to work smarter and measure performance
- Forge relationships with the Agency's digital colleagues in the US, Asia, and Europe
- Stay current on, promote and evangelize integrated digital best practices across the Agency including new channels and strategies that keep us ahead of the curve
- Work with creative to craft visual stories we can tell on social media
- Track the effectiveness of social media posts, campaigns and creative then recommend optimizations
- Collaborate across the agency to produce good work!
Functional Expertise :
Firm understanding of social media best practices particularly those applicable to the platforms most relevant to our B2B Tech clients (hint : LinkedIn)Develop content, platform and campaign strategies based on the specific objectives and content needs of individual clientsAbility to pinch hit as a copywriter and recognize that compelling content isn't riddled with showy adjectives and adverbsProject and account management (including ability to prioritize)Understanding of the following, a plus :Data analytics and supporting tools like Google AnalyticsPaid social campaign management and executionSocial media management and listening platforms like Sprout Social, Agility, Hootsuite, etc.SEO, SEM, PPC and other acronyms that fall under the digital umbrellaMarketing automation platforms like HubSpot and / or Marketo is also a plusQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, PR / Advertising, Communications, Journalism or Liberal Arts2-4 years of public relations experience (agency experience is preferred)Report into one of our office locations (Boston, Portland, or San Jose)Constantly thinking about social media and how our brands can communicate on these platformsThirst for learning about technology, social media, and marketingCultivate teamwork and a mentality that the team's success is everyone's successKnack for taking complex information and reshaping it so others can understand itCan problem-solve and loves a challengeHas a sense of humor (required)People-centered benefits :
