Inside Sales Representative

The Position

The Inside Sales Representative will support our growing welding wire product line. This role combines inside sales with customer service responsibilities to provide a seamless buying experience for our clients. They will be the first point of contact for inquiries, responsible for nurturing customer relationships, processing orders, and actively identifying sales opportunities. Ideal candidates have experience in welding or industrial products, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales mindset.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management :

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to welding wire products.
• Process sales orders, generate quotes, and follow-up on leads to close sales.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to support key accounts and regional growth.
