POSITION

8k Construction Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our properties. This role involves performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services to ensure our tenants enjoy safe, comfortable, and well-kept spaces.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform general maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry,

and appliance repairs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION

In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
