We are looking for a talented electrical engineer eager to apply their strong academic background and practical experience in RF / Microwave systems, including architecture, subsystems, and Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs). You will be instrumental in designing and testing microwave components and systems, assisting with production activities, and leading technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design innovative RF microwave components and phased array systems.
  • Conduct integration and testing for both component-level and system-level phased array hardware.
  • Travel to integration sites and customer facilities may occasionally be required.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including :
  • Design and testing of microwave / RF systems and components.
  • Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, and analytical tools like Matlab.
  • Qualifications Preferred :

  • Background in designing and testing analog Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design, and analog filter design.
  • Ability to allocate and flow down requirements from system to component level.
  • Knowledge of cost estimating, budget management, and schedule oversight.
  • Strong academic foundation with courses in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems.
  • Hands-on experience using microwave testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and Performance Network Analyzers (PNAs).

    The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000, dependent on various factors including experience and skills. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
