Reports to : Transportation Operations Manager

Position Overview : The Terminal Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations for regional-based fleets. This role includes ensuring optimal performance, safety, compliance, and efficiency of the terminal's daily functions. The Terminal Manager will lead a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management :

• Oversee all terminal activities and ensure effective management of the fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization.
• Monitor and maintain proper functioning of all units and ensure compliance with quality control standards and temperature requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of terminal operations.
