The Client Services Associate will support 1 - 3 Financial Advisors based in different locations by handling client / advisor service activities. This associate will focus on delivering exceptional client / advisor experience so advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice.
Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Client Services Associate II are :
Work with the Advisor to provide the firm’s Client experienceServe as the main contact point for clients and advisor(s) for service needs / questionsWorking directly with custodian(s), Level Four Financial (Broker Dealer) and Level Four Corporate officeAssisting with Advisor’s calendar managementHeavy communication with and from Advisor(s) and Client Service LeadProviding both client-facing and advisor-facing serviceCreating, tracking, managing, and processing account paperwork and requests, including documenting in CRMCommunicating with clients via phone and emailManaging and documenting the client experience activitiesOpening new accounts, tracking transfers and cash requestsProcessing Cash / ACH requests initiated by clientManaging the Financial Advisor’s calendarStaying involved and aware of Level Four and custodial Process & Procedure changes as they affect your advisorsSuccessfully balance workload when On-Boarding client re-papering support is needed.Additional duties as requiredSuccessful Client Service Associate II candidates will have :

3 - 5 years of experience successfully supporting busy Financial Advisor(s)Bachelors / Associate Degree or equivalent work-related experienceAbility to organize, prioritize, multi-task, follow through on commitments, and work independently, while being reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and team-orientedSuperior communication skills when interacting with clients, advisors and teammatesA passion to help the team and the advisorsVery comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel)VERY comfortable with technology, in generalPreferred
Experience with Salesforce as a CRMExperience with Raymond James or other custodiansIcing on the Cake
Experience with TD Ameritrade and / or FidelityFINRA Series 6 or 7Powered by JazzHR
