Accounting Manager

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Accounting Manage r with expert-level

QuickBooks Online experience and a proven ability to build and perfect AP / AR processes. This

role manages the full accounting function in a high-transaction environment, overseeing large

volumes of small-dollar invoices across a wide client base. The ideal candidate excels in

accuracy, efficiency, and technology, and is comfortable supervising and training an entry-level

AP / AR clerk.

Responsibilities :

Leadership & Staff Development

• Supervise, mentor, and provide hands-on training to an entry-level AP / AR Clerk, ensuring growth, accuracy, and adherence to processes.
• Develop clear workflows, expectations, and performance standards for daily AP / AR activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvement.
