Your new role

As a Learning & Enablement Specialist, you will design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires across multiple functions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enablement, you will create role-specific learning paths, facilitate engaging sessions, and partner with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure a seamless new hire experience.

What you will need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, enablement, or workforce development
• Background in designing and delivering structured onboarding programs, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
• Strong facilitation skills for mixed audiences and multiple functions
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and department leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and an employee-centric mindset
