A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering (AI).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver AI-based services
Provide technical leadership and coaching to ensure high-quality results
Collaborate with internal teams to define work and achieve project milestones
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of experience in creating scalable solutions and managing engineering teams
3+ years of experience in providing feedback to ensure velocity and quality
Technical leadership experience in Generative AI initiatives
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing practices
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
