Research companies, find the right people, and set appointments that actually stick.
Manage your leads like a pro in Microsoft Dynamics CRM — not on Post-it notes.
Work with marketing to fine-tune campaigns that don’t make people hang up on you.
Be the friendly, fearless voice of Quest International to new potential clients.
2+ years in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outbound sales.
Someone who doesn’t get emotionally attached to the word “no.”
Excellent communication skills — if you can keep someone’s attention longer than a TikTok, you’re halfway there.
Organized, professional, and reliable (no ghosting your CRM, please).
Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (bonus points if you can spell “pipeline”).
High School Diploma or GED required; college is a plus but not required — we care more about grit than degrees.
Experience making outbound cold calls (and surviving).
A good sense of humor — because we laugh a lot here (it’s cheaper than therapy).
Adaptable communication — you can sound like a CEO whisperer or a problem-solver, depending on the call.
Curious, coachable, and allergic to mediocrity.
