The Senior Account Representative is responsible for driving advertising and sponsorship sales in key target markets including Aerospace, Defense, Electronics, and Automotive. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital and magazine media, and the ability to create cross-platform advertising packages that deliver measurable results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Build relationships with major advertising clients and agencies located throughout the United States
• Pursue new business opportunities to grow sales in key markets, particularly Aerospace & Defense
• Create advertising and sponsorship packages across digital, virtual event, and magazine platforms to achieve client goals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and campaign analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver custom ad solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Stay current on industry trends, new sales tools, and emerging media technologies
• Ideate with fellow members of the sales team and management to develop new opportunities for our customers and audience
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimization
