About the Role

We are looking for a Senior BI Report Developer to join our data team and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions that enable insights and decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Convert and modernize legacy reports into new BI platforms.
• Ensure report performance, accuracy, and availability for both internal and external users.
• Implement best practices for configuration management, change control, and data governance.
• Provide user training and support for ad-hoc reporting.
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise.
• Develop and monitor ETL jobs to maintain and enhance the enterprise data warehouse.
• Ensure data security through proper access control and protection measures.
