What You'll Do :

As a CNC Lathe Machinist , you’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts that meet precise specifications. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure quality and productivity in our advanced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to fabricate precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications
• Load / unload parts, change tooling, and make offset adjustments
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve machining issues
• Maintain and improve productivity, reduce setup time
• Adhere to ISO and Schafer Industries’ quality and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and order through the 6S program
