Client Relationship Management Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Management Coordinator to support our clients’ large team of sales professionals. This position supports a large team of account managers and coordinators by handling backend processes, client communications, and CRM system maintenance. The coordinator will work independently under moderate supervision and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, client-facing environment and is skilled in managing documentation, communications, event coordination, and account systems. Location : Louisville, KY preferred - Remote work option available Shift : Full-time hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Compensation : $20.83 Max Per Hour “Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. • Assist with account work for complex or high-yield clients
• Communicate with agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Draft and send correspondence independently
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Complete filings and documentation for compliance
• Organize and manage large ad-hoc or recurring events
• Prepare agendas, logistics, and budgets for events
• Draft and review presentations and deliverables
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and compile reports
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable and resolve accounting issues
• Support 15 account managers and 10 account coordinators
• Respond to invoicing questions
• Manage communications via shared mailbox
