Business Analyst Lead – Procurement Services Division

What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy for all systems under Procurement Services' authority, ensuring alignment with University goals
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to optimize systems for both short-and long-term projects
- Partner closely with leadership, ITaP, and Training teams to design, implement, and enhance systems, processes, and training programs
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization
- Re-engineer business processes and integrate systems to maximize operational impact, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Coach, guide, and review the work of two talented team members, fostering growth and a culture of innovation
- Serve as a change leader—championing improvements and ensuring seamless transitions across the division

This is a remote position, however, some on and off campus meetings will be required throughout the year.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, System Management, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, or Supply Chain ManagementMinimum of six (6) years of experience in the fieldExperience analyzing data to support projects and initiatives with fact-based conclusionsExperience with managing and implementing projects with various stakeholdersExperience / working knowledge with IT commodities and creative, cost savings initiatives are a plusPreferred
Experience with project management and various management toolsExperience with eProcurement solutions and toolsKnowledge of Ariba, Concur or other Purchasing / Procurement systemsSkills Needed

The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $72,700 to $84,996 commensurate with the candidate's education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including equity, available budget, educational background, and relevant experience.
