Business Analyst Lead – Procurement Services Division

In this leadership role, you will strategically develop, implement, and manage the overall systems strategy that supports the University's procurement operations—advancing both daily efficiency and long-term innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy for all systems under Procurement Services' authority, ensuring alignment with University goals
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to optimize systems for both short-and long-term projects
• Partner closely with leadership, ITaP, and Training teams to design, implement, and enhance systems, processes, and training programs
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization
• Re-engineer business processes and integrate systems to maximize operational impact, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Coach, guide, and review the work of two talented team members, fostering growth and a culture of innovation
• Serve as a change leader—championing improvements and ensuring seamless transitions across the division

The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $72,700 to $84,996 commensurate with the candidate's education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including equity, available budget, educational background, and relevant experience.
