We are currently looking for an Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team! The Enterprise Strategic Account Manager will drive EMR integrations and contracting activities within hospital systems. They will coordinate activities between Natera's 3 business units, Women's Health, Organ Health and Oncology, to achieve organizational goals in the hospital setting. You will need to be strategic and collaborative with the ultimate goal of creating win / win outcomes for our customers.

LOCATION :

The territory for this position includes all of Southern California up to Fresno.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Execute interdepartmental approach to remove existing barriers and open access to all Natera testing across the enterprise.

Drive organizational initiatives within hospital systems with a primary focus on integrations, contracting and other novel approaches to establish a deep relationship between entities.

Become an expert in Natera's technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels : with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors and IT

Develop business plans based on goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating strategies and tactics with team members across all business units.

Effectively work with Natera team members in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships

Works with operational leaders to create and improve testing workflows and efficiencies with the goal of testing standardization for all Natera products system wide.

Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).

This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.

Travel up to 70% to meet with customers and team members

Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA / PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.

Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Minimum 3 Years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory)

Minimum of 3 years successful key account selling / consulting experience preferably in diagnostic laboratory business.

Proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products and increasing revenue quickly.

Award winning sales track record.

Market knowledge and experience in electronic medical records and contracting within hospital systems.

Proven ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations, internal and external.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

Proven leader, with the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.

Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on driving exceptional revenue growth.

Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

Ability and confidence to provide record breaking growth.

Desire to play a critical role in the success of the organization.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) include a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition to OTE, the compensation package also offers a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
