Job descriptionComprehensive benefits package, including : Subsidized medical plans (POS and HSA options). Voluntary dental and vision plans. 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. Employee assistance program and additional voluntary benefits. Firm-sponsored CPA support : CPA exam materials covered (up to $3,500). Paid days off for CPA exams. $1,500 bonus and $2,500 pay increase upon passing. Flexible schedule : Off-season : 37.5 hours / week minimum. Busy season (January–April 15) : Includes some weekends. Typically 50+ hours per week. Skills / Qualifications : CPA with 4+ years of public accounting tax experience. Proficiency in individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state returns. Strong tax research and Excel skills. Experience with ProSystems Engagement and Axcess (preferred). Master’s in Taxation or willingness to pursue (firm-sponsored). Duties : Prepare and review 1040, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state tax returns. Provide mentorship and training to staff members. Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.

Pay / / Pay Breakdowns :
- Competitive base salary $100,000-$135,000
- Bonuses :
- Discretionary performance bonuses.
- Tax season charge hour bonuses based on productivity and hours worked.
