Treaty Oak features an experienced management team with a track record of developing and commercializing 9 GW+ of utility-scale power projects and a collective 100+ years' experience across critical competencies, including power markets, offtake structuring, design, engineering and real estate.

The Role

Treaty Oak is seeking an Associate, M&A to support in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic corporate development initiatives. The Associate will coordinate day-to-day management of due diligence processes and assist in the execution of key workstreams across the Company's existing and prospective pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.

This position reports directly to the Senior Associate, Finance and M&A. For this high-growth opportunity with exposure to significant deal flow and access to key decision makers, a successful candidate will have 2 3 years of experience in an analytical or transactional role at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or independent power producer. The candidate should demonstrate experience in M&A due diligence processes, financial modeling and developing high-quality presentation materials. Experience within the renewable energy, power or utility sectors is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the evaluation and execution of project acquisition and divestiture opportunities, as well as other corporate development initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior leadership, including quarterly company confidential information memorandum (CIM) updates, M&A opportunity screening materials, and investment committee presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams for potential acquisition and divestiture opportunities
• Support in tracking Treaty Oak's prospective M&A opportunities and maintaining up-to-date information on the Company's transaction pipeline
