What your day looks like

You start by reviewing the production schedule and CMMS dashboards, then align preventive, predictive, and project maintenance with operational priorities. Youll author clear work instructions, define safety requirements, stage parts and materials, and coordinate skilled maintenance labor to maximize equipment uptime across the lab.

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance in sync with production needs.
• Organize job kitting and documentation : write work instructions, specify safety requirements, and optimize labor deployment to reduce downtime.
• Identify and procure parts and materials for planned and PM work orders; submit purchase requests for repair / replacement parts and contracted services.
• Estimate labor hours for all planned and preventive tasks and adjust plans based on data and line performance.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with Operations, Technical, and Maintenance to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate weekend and other downtime maintenance windows to complete critical work.
• Create, add, or update PMs within Megamation and manage scheduling with external contractors for equipment preventive maintenance.
• Tackle special projects and assume additional responsibilities as needs evolve.
