Job Description

NEW Grossing Technician OR Histology Technician opening at a full service clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory located in New York! This laboratory is fully accredited by The College of American Pathologists (CAP), New York State Department of Health, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CLIA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent and full time Grossing Technician OR Histology Technician on Day Shift (7am or 8am start time). The primary responsibility will be performing all aspects of grossing but will also include some histology.

Required :

• Associates Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Histology (preferred)
• New York State License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist / Technician or Histological Technician

Preferred :

This laboratory is offering a highly competitive compensation and benefits package! Compensation starts at 34 / hr and goes to 44 / hr. Benefits include health, dental and vision benefits, income protection programs, retirement benefits, generous PTO and paid holidays and more!
