Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : North Vernon, IN 47265

Salary : $28 - $35 / hour

Shift : All Shifts

For over 20 years, we've been a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions serving the foodservice, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors. With more than 100 facilities across North America and Europe, we produce a wide range of customizable products, including bags, containers, and foodservice items. As we continue to grow, our North Vernon facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and plant equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform machine setup, preventive maintenance, and scheduled or emergency repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across packaging machinery and facility infrastructure
• Read manuals and work orders to diagnose issues, replace or adjust parts, and test equipment for proper operation
• Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment
