Overview

Duly Health and Care's Physical Therapy Department is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rapidly growing practice in Tinley Park and Orland Park IL.

  • Location : Tinley Park and Orland Park, IL.
  • Shift : Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
  • Hours : Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient is at 6pm)

    • Work Life :

  • 60 min evaluations.
  • No scheduled double booking of patients.
  • Scheduled / blocked documentation time.

    • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Duly Health and Care physicians spanning various specialties, eliminating marketing and scheduling pressures through an in-house network of referrals.
  • Access opportunities for onsite continuing education and CEU funds to pursue education beyond Duly Health and Care.
  • Experience a healthy work / life balance, a shared value among therapists across the organization.
  • Participate in sporting and community events within the surrounding neighborhoods.
  • Pursue growth opportunities, including mentorship and development for therapists aspiring to leadership roles.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

    • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $119,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
