THE WORK :

As a Salesforce Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will

• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies to drive innovation.
