Qualifications for Federal Construction Project Manager :

Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Government, Military and Municipal ventures. 7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and Preconstruction experience is a plus. Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity. Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle. Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, specifically with Project Management / Financial Tools and Sage 300 Integration. Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures, Procore Competency and experience a plus. Government, Municipal, Military, and industrial construction experience is all preferred!
