We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with patients and internal stakeholders to resolve grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Investigate complex complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
Develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
The ideal candidate will possess advanced patient advocacy skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this role.
Familiarity with healthcare data software tools, such as RL Datix, is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related experience
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in patient experience, grievance management, or patient advocacy
Strong team management and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and attention to detail and accuracy in documentation are required for this position.
