- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of training objects and documentation initiatives.
- Supervise and support the documentation and instructional design teams, ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and accessibility.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team workload to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to remain informed of system updates, new initiatives, and emerging training needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources that are engaging and effective
- Utilize a variety of training methods and tools, such as e-learning modules, hands-on workshops, and job aids
- Review, edit, and approve training content and technical documentation prior to release.
- Promote collaboration within the broader Training and Development team to align on learning objectives and optimize content delivery methods.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending updates and enhancements as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Continuously update and improve training materials to ensure they are current and relevant
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training and documentation for various projects.
- Manage and guide a team of instructional designers and technical writers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify future training and documentation requirements.
- Review training materials and product documentation, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with ECS standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with other training team members to ensure consistency across content delivery, platforms, and learning programs.
- Develop and maintain eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other multimedia design programs.
- Provide support to other members of the team through peer reviews, cross-training, and mentorship.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring multiple projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field required.Master's degree or equivalent preferred.7+ years of related experience required.Certifications such as CPTM, CAPM, PMP, or similar are required.Valid driver's license is required if driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary.Strong project-management skills.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.Exhibit excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in :Operating Systems - Windows 10 and newer
