Position : Appointment Scheduler
Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay : $18 - $20 per hour
Position Scope :
This person will be setting up appointments for existing patients. They will take incoming calls, schedule appointments with the correct physician, and answer patient questions. This person must be comfortable with handling a high call volume.
Requirements :
Must have 2+ years of healthcare appointment scheduling
Must have experience working with an EHR, NextGen is preferred
Must be patient and have a high level of customer service.
